◎當(dāng)攪拌筒的旋向在正轉(zhuǎn)與反轉(zhuǎn)間切換時(shí)，須先將操縱手柄放至中間位置，待攪拌筒停轉(zhuǎn)后，在切換攪拌筒的旋向；

When the rotation direction of the mixing drum is switched between forward rotation and reverse rotation, put the control handle to the middle position first, and then switch the rotation direction of the mixing drum after the mixing drum stops rotating;

◎液壓系統(tǒng)為車輛的關(guān)鍵零部件，其工作壓力不得隨意調(diào)整，且需要按照使用說明書的要求定期更換液壓油，油品牌號(hào)應(yīng)符合相應(yīng)的規(guī)定；

The hydraulic system is the key part of the vehicle, its working pressure shall not be adjusted at will, and the hydraulic oil shall be changed regularly according to the requirements of the operation manual, and the oil brand number shall meet the corresponding regulations;

◎在自上料混凝土攪拌罐車車輛運(yùn)輸過程中，所裝載混凝土的方量不能超過允許載重量。超載不僅會(huì)造成車輛的加速磨損，且對(duì)行駛安全造成嚴(yán)重影響；

In the process of transportation of concrete mixer vehicles, the volume of concrete loaded shall not exceed the allowable load. Overload will not only cause accelerated wear of vehicles, but also have a serious impact on driving safety;

◎自上料混凝土攪拌罐車每天工作結(jié)束后，司機(jī)應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)向攪拌筒內(nèi)注入清水并高速(12-14轉(zhuǎn)/分)旋轉(zhuǎn)5-10分鐘，然后將水排去，以保障筒內(nèi)清潔。用高壓水清洗攪拌筒各個(gè)部分時(shí)，應(yīng)注意避開電器元件和潤(rùn)滑部位；

After the concrete mixer works every day, the driver shall be responsible for injecting clear water into the mixing drum and rotating it at high speed (12-14 RPM) for 5-10 minutes, and then draining the water to ensure the cleanness of the drum. When cleaning all parts of the mixing drum with high-pressure water, pay attention to avoid electrical components and lubricating parts;

◎應(yīng)定期檢查減速機(jī)與前機(jī)架、減速機(jī)與罐體、副車架與底盤以及托輪與后機(jī)架等部位的連接螺栓松緊情況，務(wù)必保持各部位的螺栓擰緊力矩符合規(guī)定要求。且需按規(guī)定要求在自上料混凝土攪拌罐車潤(rùn)滑部位添加潤(rùn)滑脂；

Regularly check the tightness of the connecting bolts between the reducer and the front frame, reducer and tank body, subframe and chassis, as well as between the idler and the rear frame, and make sure that the tightening torque of the bolts at each part meets the requirements. The lubricating grease shall be added to the lubricating part of the concrete mixer according to the specified requirements;

◎自上料混凝土攪拌罐車車輛在露天停放一段時(shí)間后，裝料前應(yīng)先將攪拌筒反轉(zhuǎn)，使筒內(nèi)的積水和雜物排出。裝料前，較好先向筒內(nèi)加注少量水，并加速攪拌后卸出，以防止粘料。裝料時(shí)可根據(jù)混凝土的塌落度的情況適當(dāng)?shù)脑黾庸摅w轉(zhuǎn)速。

After the concrete mixer truck is parked in the open air for a period of time, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading to drain the water and sundries in the drum. Before loading, it is better to fill a small amount of water into the cylinder, and speed up the mixing before unloading to prevent sticking. When loading, the rotation speed of the tank can be increased appropriately according to the slump of the concrete.
