12方攪拌車手剎系統(tǒng)都是作用在后輪上的。而因為后輪制動器的形式不同，手剎又有兩種工作環(huán)境：在安裝鼓式制動器的后輪上，由于鼓式制動器本身就可以兼作駐車制動器，因此在駐車時剎車鼓內(nèi)的蹄片和摩擦片相接合，這樣就可以產(chǎn)生制動力。而在安裝碟式制動器的后輪上，由于沒有剎車鼓，因此則必須在剎車碟的部位安裝額外的駐車剎車鼓來使手剎完成制動工作。

As there is no brake drum on the rear wheel of disc brake, it is necessary to install additional parking brake drum in the center of brake disc to complete the brake work.

具體說來，那就是15方攪拌車手剎系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部裝有棘輪和棘爪，在將手剎拉起后，棘爪就會卡在棘輪上，使手剎自動鎖緊，這也就是我們在拉緊手柄時會聽見“咔嗒”聲響的原因。

Specifically, the ratchet wheel and pawl are installed inside the handbrake system of the 15 square mixer truck. After pulling up the hand brake, the pawl will be stuck on the ratchet wheel and the hand brake will be locked automatically. This is the reason why we will hear the "click" sound when we tighten the handle.

在手剎手柄的底部與銅纜的連接處有一個可調(diào)的補償機構(gòu)，用扳手松開鎖緊螺帽，就可以拉伸剎車銅纜的長度。如果在檢查中，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)18方攪拌車手剎的制動效能或靈敏度不理想，那可以通過調(diào)節(jié)這個手剎操作銅纜來解決。

There is an adjustable compensation mechanism at the connection between the bottom of the handbrake handle and the copper cable. The length of the brake copper cable can be stretched by loosening the locking nut with a wrench. If during the inspection, we find that the braking efficiency or sensitivity of the handbrake of the 18 m3 mixer is not ideal, it can be solved by adjusting the copper cable of the handbrake.
