二、放料的均勻性問題是自動上料攪拌罐的一個關鍵指標值之一,它直接干擾著施工質(zhì)量。在運送混凝土時,攪勻筒轉(zhuǎn)速比應控制在2~5r/min,在運送間距較長也許 混凝土的塌落度比較大時,放料前要先將攪勻筒迅速移動5~10圈,使里面的混凝土能充分攪勻,那樣放料的均勻性便會進一步提高。若中途混凝缺水,到工地應兌水調(diào)節(jié),并充分攪勻,盡管這類環(huán)境應只要制止,可是那樣會使混凝土的品質(zhì)無法得到保證。有的客戶在運用時不注意控制在運送過程中的轉(zhuǎn)速比,過快會增.大燃油的損耗,過小則會導致混凝土離析。因而應嚴苛根據(jù)要求來控制攪勻筒的轉(zhuǎn)速比,以提升混凝土運送品質(zhì)。

2、 The uniformity of discharging is one of the key indexes of automatic feeding mixing tank, which directly affects the construction quality. When transporting concrete, the rotating speed ratio of mixing cylinder should be controlled at 2 ~ 5R / min. when the transportation distance is long and the slump of concrete is relatively large, the mixing cylinder should be moved 5 ~ 10 circles before placing materials to make the concrete inside can be fully mixed, so that the uniformity of discharging will be further improved. If there is water shortage in the process of coagulation, water should be added to the construction site for adjustment and mixing. Although such environment should be stopped, the quality of concrete can not be guaranteed. Some customers do not pay attention to control the speed ratio in the process of transportation. If it is too fast, it will increase. If the fuel consumption is too small, it will lead to concrete segregation. Therefore, the speed ratio of mixing drum should be controlled strictly according to the requirements to improve the quality of concrete transportation.

三、凝土較大限定不可以高出儲罐的較大方量,是因為混凝土強度等級區(qū)別它的密度也區(qū)別,高強度混凝土一般密度也大,一樣的容積,裝多了對車不好。輸送混凝土的容積、品質(zhì)及坍落度應契合車輛運用使用說明書中的要求,實時加注潤滑油。

3、 The larger limit of concrete can not be higher than the larger volume of storage tank, because the strength grade of concrete is different, and the density of high-strength concrete is also different. Generally, the density of high-strength concrete is large, and the same volume is not good for vehicles. The volume, quality and slump of transported concrete shall meet the requirements of vehicle operation manual, and lubricating oil shall be added in real time.

四、露天停放過的自動上料攪拌罐,裝料前要先將攪勻筒以放料偏向旋轉(zhuǎn),把水泥罐內(nèi)的積水放掉,確保運送混凝土的品質(zhì)。

4、 For the automatic feeding mixing tank which has been parked in the open air, the mixing drum should be rotated to discharge the water in the cement tank before loading, so as to ensure the quality of concrete transported.
